Details: Description Anchor Embroidery Floss is a high quality 6 count embroidery thread that is made from 100% extra long Egyptian cotton fibres. Thanks to the extra-long Egyptian GIZA fibres and the double mercerisation a special shine, a unique softness and an intense light reflection. Each single thread is twined twice. The flexible thread division of the Anchor embroidery twist allows you to always remove the desired thread thickness without having to completely unwind. Thanks to this feature, Anchor embroidery floss is ideal for all kinds of embroidery techniques. Anchor embroidery floss is ideal for cross stitch on fabrics with different thread counts, but also for free embroidery, tapestry and other counted embroidery. Anchor embroidery floss is tested for friction, sweat and water resistance. Plain yarns can be washed up to 95o and multi-coloured and ombre yarns up to 60o The yarns are dyed to international standards in terms of washing fastness as well as light and friction.
