At Heulog Glow, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on personalised or custom orders.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photo evidence.
