How to Use?
Thoroughly wash your hands with soap and water. Place an Ardo Care Compress with the gel side on the nipple. Place a normal nursing pad over the top of the compress.
Leave the compress on for at least 10 minutes, better 30 minutes with up to a maximum of one hour. The residue of the gel on the breast does not need to be wiped off before breastfeeding, it is harmless for the baby.
Repeat the treatment at least twice a day until the irritation has disappeared. Use a compress for one application only.
Functionality:
The cooling gel on the compress pads contains a high-quality hyaluronic acid. This gel moisturises the skin, soothing it and keeping it supple. The gel also forms a protective film, which helps to prevent infections (mastitis) and the pads also help against Candida albicans.
The gel on the compresses is made from natural-based ingredients and is developed according to natural cosmetic standards. The pads have a skin-friendly pH value and are free from fragrances, preservatives and microplastics, plus they're vegan! Our breast pads are also a Class I Medical Device.
