Details: Product description This short grain rice is almost oval or round in shape. It is a starchy rice that makes it sticky and clump together when cooked. This makes it ideal for rice pudding and dishes like sushi. Each catering pack is 2kg. - 1. Place 100g rice, 2 pints milk and 50g sugar in a large pan. 2. Slowly bring to the boil, stirring regularly. 3. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 30 to 35 minutes stirring regularly until the mixture thickens and the rice is cooked. 4.
