It includes three pieces – a pair of gloves, a punching ball and an air pump – giving them everything they need to practise boxing, become better and keep active. Adjustable to four different heights, the steel rod frame of the punch bag is fitted with a mounted spring, so the inflatable ball bounces back into place instantly, with a base which can be filled with water or sand to keep it weighted. Thickly padded all over, each 6oz glove is fitted with velco-esc fastenings on the wrists for a snug and proper fit.
