Subscription information:
Our commitment is to dispatch each subscription box within 5 working days of your intial order or renewal date. You have the flexibility to join our Monthly Subscription at any point.
To discontinue your subscription, you can do so at any time by accessing your account. However, it's imperative to cancel before the month concludes. Should you prefer us to manually cancel your subscription, kindly contact us during our operating hours, allowing us 2 working days to process the cancellation before the start of the new month.

– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.
The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
