Our 94 × 94 mm pergola post is made from ‘A’ quality redwood, precision kiln-dried to 12–14% moisture content to ensure excellent stability and minimise movement once installed. The post features laminated PAR (Planed All Round) construction: multiple pieces of high-grade timber are glued and pressed together under controlled conditions, then planed smooth on all sides. This lamination process significantly improves strength, straightness and resistance to warping compared to single-piece solid timber, giving you a straighter, more reliable post for your pergola structure.
Finished for use class UC4 ground contact, the timber is pressure-treated for enhanced durability against decay, insects and wet ground conditions — ideal for long-lasting outdoor applications. Responsibly sourced with 70% PEFC certification, it’s both strong and sustainably produced.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
