PHOTO TIPS
For the best result, please upload a clear, well-lit photograph showing your pet’s face and features. Photos taken at eye level usually work best. Avoid blurry photos, heavy filters or photographs where part of your pet’s face is hidden.
Each portrait is individually created, so colours, backgrounds and small details may vary. We may contact you if the photograph supplied is not suitable.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
