Polemonium 'Hurricane Ridge', also known as Jacob’s Ladder, is a striking perennial with finely divided, fern-like foliage and clusters of soft blue, bell-shaped flowers. Its elegant, upright habit and delicate blooms make it a fantastic addition to cottage gardens, borders, and wildlife-friendly spaces. This hardy plant is easy to grow and provides months of interest from late spring into summer.
- Soil: Prefers moist, well-drained soil; thrives in loamy, sandy, or clay-based conditions.
