Skimmia ‘Marlot’ thrives in partial to full shade and prefers neutral to acidic soil that is moist but well-drained. For container planting, use ericaceous compost. It’s low maintenance, reliable, and perfect for bringing colour and fragrance to shaded areas of the garden.
