Whilst coming with a lipped rim around the tray for easy carrying, the spikes integrated on this tray come with covers for safe storage.
DRIP CHANNEL
Integrated around the edge of this chrome carving tray is a drip channel for any residue meat juice that may come off of your joint of meat. This channel ensures to catch any drips to reduce the mess whilst cooking, making it that much easier to clean.

After it has been cleaned, cover the spikes with the included spike protectors and place the tray in a cupboard, or even a drawer, for easy storage.
