30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@heulogglow.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing original packaging.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a free return and replacement or full refund.
