It is secured by a hook and loop fastener with two buttons along the top of the towel, allowing for bust adjustments where necessary. With an elasticated back, you can be ensured that the wrap will not slip down or fall off, making it so much better than attempting to wrap a regular towel around yourself and having to hold it up everywhere you walk. The wrap also has a square pocket on the front which is ideal for storing any personal items in, great for when you are in a public space using the wrap.
